Economics Researcher

I am a senior researcher at the VATT Institute for Economic Research and a visiting scholar at University of California, Berkeley for the academic year 2025-2026. 

My research interests are in public and labor economics. I study how firms respond to public policies such as subsidies and tax enforcement, and evaluate the impact on the economy and society.

My aim is quality research that informs real decisions. Sometimes I also write about economic and social questions for a broader audience in my blog.
